I like her new design much better than the last one. In later transformation some fur will look good, I think. Especially with the winter theme. Here she reminds me more of a snow crystal or icicle fairy xD
About names - good idea. Maybe Aneira (=snow), Eirlys (=snowflake), Eirwen (=snow), Rowena (=white) or Gwyneira (=white snow)?
